These ginkgo leaf earrings are made from impressions of real miniature ginkgo leaves into fine silver clay. They dangle gracefully from hand formed sterling silver ear wires. A patina has been applied to highlight the delicate details of the leaves.

Length is 1 1/2 inches, including ear wire, by 1/2 inch wide.

Fine silver clay consists of fine silver particles and an organic binder.  After forming, drying and refining the piece is fired in a kiln.  During this time the binder burns off and the result is a piece that is .999 pure silver.
