Real hydrangea petals have been impressed into fine silver clay to make these lovely earrings.  They dangle on sterling silver ear wires.

Fine silver clay consists of fine silver particles and an organic binder.  After forming, drying and refining the piece is fired in a kiln.  During this time the binder burns off and the result is a piece that is .999 pure silver.
